Lesson 2 - The Connected Customer 
Research and develop detailed customer personas to effectively understand how your customer interacts with you throughout their buying journey. Learn how to segment and target the right people and turn strangers into customers and customers into brand advocates. Plus, understand the concept of relationship marketing and the importance of trust.

Lesson 3 - Website and landing pages 
All roads must lead to… a website or a landing page. Effective digital marketing has a strong call-to-action with an ultimate goal in mind. Create a simple landing page and website to drive your customers to so they can complete this goal. For e.g. purchase your product, provide an email address or register for your event. 

Lesson 4 - Email Marketing 
In the time it takes you to read this sentence 20mil emails have been sent. Learn tips and tricks for what is still considered the most effective digital marketing channel. Discover what a CRM (customer relationship management) system is and why you need one.  

Lesson 5 - Mobile Marketing
The smartphone has fundamentally changed the world we live in and modern marketers must understand the importance of how to reach customers in the palm of their hands in a relevant, timely and unique way. 

Lesson 6 - Content creation and distribution 
Discover the art of digital storytelling and how to create engaging relevant content for your target audience. Learn how to manage, distribute and optimise your content for every stage of the buyer's journey. 

Lesson 7 - Social Media Marketing 
How do brands use social media as a marketing tool in 2018? Gain an understanding of the entire social media landscape and how to use each platform effectively. Take a deep dive into Facebook and Instagram - the two most popular platforms for marketers right now.
