After successfully graduating and meeting the criteria (don’t worry, it’s not as scary as it sounds), you’ll have the option to take part in a 4-week work placement* – where you’ll join a real company and work on real projects. We can’t guarantee all “real people” though, as you will more than likely encounter some AI along the way.

To ensure you are “match fit”, our partnerships team will work with you to polish up your LinkedIn profile, CV, and GitHub portfolio. Then they’ll match your skills and interests to one of our 380+ partner companies, where you’ll interview – just like you would in the real world – and if you are successful, it won’t be long until you’re joining their next stand-up. 

Your placement is an opportunity to foster lifelong relationships with some of Australia’s most innovative companies. And if they like what they see, you may even get a job offer – in FY24, 80% of our eligible grads were placed or employed immediately post bootcamp.
